This tax season, we invite you to designate all or part of your refund to Habitat for Humanity through the Oregon Charitable Checkoff.

It's easy!

Follow these simple instructions to designate all or part of your refund:

  • Step 1: Download the Oregon Income Tax Form: 2024 Schedule OR-Donate (it's linked below).

  • Step 2: Fill in your donation amount on line 6 (page 1). Make sure to fill in line 30 (page 3) with your total donations.

  • Step 3: Attach the completed document to your Oregon Income Tax Forms.

Donations made through the Oregon Charitable Checkoff are anonymous to Habitat for Humanity.
